Addition / Alteration — Renovation - Commercial/ Mixed Use - Lower Complexity — Enquiry Centre - Addition / Alteration - 3651 W 6th Avenue Exterior and interior alterations to lower a portion of the basement slab at the rear of the house and create a sunken patio and propose insulation on the outside of the exterior walls to this existing single detached house on this site. These documents must be present on-site and presented to the District Building Inspector prior to inspection.
